HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

PRE - ORDER SHIPPING:

Please allow 10 business days for your order to be manufactured and delivered. You can check your tracking number for updates or email us.

 

I'VE PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You will be emailed an order number and your item will begin manufacturing.  After the item is complete it will undergo shipping, and a tracking number will be emailed to you. 

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

We do everything we can to ship orders ASAP, so if you there's a mistake with your order, please contact our support team ASAP.  support@lightxnur.com

 

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER? 

We do not currently offer returns or refunds. We do offer exchanges for different sizes and defective hoodies.

You can request an exchange by emailing support@lightxnur.com 

 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase through the email you provided us.
